黒猪　"漣 （さざなみ）" は、福井の伝統工芸士、岩井氏が山秀80周年に6本だけ限定制作してくれた特別な鍛造キャンプナイフ。
1丁ごとに鍛冶屋の手で火造し打伸ばし、形作っている本物の鍛造品です。

研ぎは2つの砥石で研ぎ出していき、5本のバフで磨き出す。
その後腐食液に浸し、模様を立体化もう一度バフミガキをかけで最終仕上げを行 うという通常のナイフでは 考えられない手間と技術を要する特別ナイフ。

1本毎にシリアル番号が打刻されています。

"Sazanami" is a special forged camp knife crafted by Fukui's traditional craftsman, Mr. Iwai, for the 80th anniversary of Yamahide.
It is a genuine forged product that is forged and hammered one by one.

Sharpening is done with two whetstones and then polished with five buffs.
After that, the blade is submerged in an agent followed by a final buffing to achieve three-dimensional Damascus.

The serial number is stamped on each blade.
