The blades of 1310 series are novel in its construction, in which high quality stainless steels of VG10 and VG 2 are laid as many as seventy times on top of the other, to be forged into a blade. This process produces harder and rigidder metal that offers extraordinary sharpness. What’s more, this multiple layer presents a wonderful wavy pattern on the blade through a sophisticated work by craftsmen.
